- Release Version: Web v11.14.0 / Mobile App v11.2.0
- Release Date: September 10, 2026

New Features
Default “Notify Submitter” Setting
A new site-wide setting lets administrators default the “Notify Submitter” checkbox to checked when staff create an activity, so it no longer has to be checked manually each time. Staff can still uncheck it on any individual activity if a notification shouldn’t go out.
Work Order Completion Notifications
When a linked Work Order task is completed, the submitter can now be notified automatically in Request311, based on new configuration toggles for status changes and activity creation from external systems.
Submit Requests Without an Account (Mobile App)
Residents can now submit requests that require contact information but not a full account directly in the mobile app, entering the requested contact details instead of being redirected to the web portal.
Experience Improvements
Collapsed Service Request Type List
The Service Request Types list now defaults to a collapsed, grouped view with expand/collapse controls, making it easier to navigate large request type lists.
Routing and Permissions Columns on User List
The admin User List now shows each user’s routing group and permission assignments directly in the list, without needing to open each user individually.
Improved Request Type Selection (Mobile App)
All request types are now visible when submitting a request in the mobile app, removing the previous warning that appeared for types that couldn’t be submitted anonymously.
Security & Platform
- Minor security hardening updates.
Bug Fixes
- Scheduled SRT privacy — Added a tooltip explaining how scheduled privacy works, and fixed an issue where a schedule starting on a future date wasn’t picked up correctly.
- QAlert report export options — The report viewer was showing unsupported export formats after a recent framework upgrade; only supported formats (PDF, Image, Excel, CSV) are now shown.
- Cartegraph priority sync — Requests routed to Cartegraph could be sent with the wrong priority when no priority was set on the request; the integration now correctly falls back to the request type’s default.
