- Surveys
- Create survey forms.
- Embed links in closing emails and SMS notifications.
- View charts and generate reports of each survey’s submissions.
- Saving Requests
- Save and Close offers the opportunity to notify a submitter so that submitter can receive a survey link.
- OAuth
- Microsoft 365 Incoming Accounts can use OAuth 2.0 for authentication. These accounts must re-authenticate by Oct. 1.
- Outgoing mail notifications can use OAuth 2.0 authentication for Microsoft 365 accounts. (Optional, as SMTP authentication requirements by Microsoft isn’t changing in the foreseeable future.)
- Prompts are accessed by a link above the comments box when available, and they slide out from the right of the screen.
Spring 2022

- Activity Attachments
- Administrators can enable a configuration option to allow for sharing of attachments.
- When enabled, check box appears in dialog boxes to share attachments with a submitter via links in email notifications.
- Activity attachments shared with a submitter also appear in that submitter’s online account in citizen log-in area.
- Prompts
and Scripts- Prompts supports both internal and external (private and public) items.
- Prompts are accessed by a link above the comments box when available, and they slide out from the right of the screen.
- Submitter Records
- Administrators and power users can now merge duplicate submitter records.
- Service Request Types
- Can be set to private and public based on a yearly schedule.
