• Users can now select SR types without having to select a location.

Nexgen Integration

• Now sending RME users list to Nexgen.
• Changed the WO numbering so it allows Nexgen’s numbering to continue.
• Now getting resolution notes from both work orders and service requests when closing the RME SR.

Bug Fixes

Call Center

• Fixed an Issue where the Submitter stats dialog in the call center could not be clicked.

Cityworks

• Fixed Issue where when receiving updates from Cityworks, the comment from RME is coming back in the activity.
• Now the RME comment is sent to Cityworks as the “Details“ section as well as a comment. When an update on Cityworks happens and is received by RME, any new comments are also pulled. The RME comment sent to Cityworks is ignored. This is how the private notes comment works now.

Nexgen

• Fixed Issue where created date was not being sent in the correct timezone.
