Enhancements

RME Notices:

With Release 11.9, R311 introduces a new action that allows users to generate notices and letters directly within the platform.

What’s New

• New Notices feature to create and manage document templates directly in R311
• Reusable templates that can be applied across service requests.
• Seamless generation and delivery of notices within existing request and work order processes
• Consistent formatting and messaging across all outbound communications
• This update helps standardize communications while reducing manual effort for staff.

Integration Enhancements

New RME and Catalis Tax Integration

Lucity/EAM Integration Enhancements

• RME can now share Custom Fields with Lucity/EAM via the Lucity/EAM scripted questions feature.
• RME Custom fields  information will be mapped out as follows:

Cartegraph Integration Enhancements

• RME can now share the QAlert Origin field with Cartegraph.
• As part of this update, if a user has a custom field configured with the name “CatalisOrigin,” our system will send over Origin information into that field.

Branded App Update

New Functionality

• Map now shows boundaries for the service request type
• The app now validates the pin location before going to the next screen.
• Added the ability to submit anonymous requests through the app
• Links in the service request comments are now clickable.

Changes

• Updated Expo so that it now supports iOS 18
• The app now asks for notification permission on app load.
