Enhancements
Service Requests Responsive Design (iPad/Tablet Friendliness)
The service request tab now remains functional for staff working on requests in the field. With this update, the Service Request tab is now responsive to all tablet devices, including iPads. As a result:
- The Service Request Tab does not break in portrait mode
- Users can scroll down without needing to switch back to the desktop view.
- Users can now click to open a request.

- Service request actions reordered to improve tablet friendliness.

Internal Integrations for RME and RM Standard
All Request Management clients can now access Internal Catalis Integrations, such as the Work Orders Integration.

Service Tracker to RM/RME Migration Tool
The service tracker migration tool is now available for clients moving from the service tracker application to RM Standard or RME.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Updates
New Option to enforce MFA for users. With this update, users can now:
- Force all their users to enroll with MFA using the new “Enforce Users to Setup MFA” security option.
- This new option will also disable the “Remember this device” option and require their staff to verify their accounts whenever they log in.

Quality of Life Improvements
Cityworks 23 Integration Update
This update includes a new authorization method for Cityworks 23 integrations.
Submitter Notification Improvements
Updated the activity details for submitter notifications to clarify when notifications are being sent from the system.
