New Features
- Collaborators – users can now add other users to Service requests for collaboration. The added user is granted permission to read/edit the request, receives activity notifications, but is not the responsible party.
- Automatic Linking – Service Request Types can be configured to automatically link detected duplicate requests based on proximity, and street.
- Routing Schedules – configure which days or time frames that users will be routed requests.
- Anonymous submissions – Service Request Types can be configured to allow anonymous submissions, overriding the public portal’s normally required fields .
Other Improvements
- Emailing knowledge base articles while working on a request will now log activity that the submitter was contacted.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
