Simplify user access and enhance security across your organization with our Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities.

Survey Tool Improvements

Users can now configure surveys to have opt-out settings instead of opt-in.

• Survey Settings: In the configuration section, the survey settings are now in their own tab instead of being under Voice/SMS
• Always Send Survey When Request Is Closed Setting: In the Survey tab, there is an option to always send the survey when closing a service request. If the “always send survey” option is enabled, whenever a service request with a survey is completed, the submitter is sent a survey regardless of if the user selected the notify option or not.

Users can now configure survey limits.

• Maximum Survey Frequency Setting: In the Surveys settings, a new number field allows users to configure how many of each survey type can be sent out in a 30-day period. If a submitter has been sent the maximum amount of surveys within the last 30 days, the survey isn’t sent out again.

Branded Mobile App Improvements

Public Notices for the Branded App: Mobile app users will now receive notifications of new public notices as they are created.

New Nexgen Integration

This new integration enables seamless data transfer between Catalis RME and Nexgen for service requests and work orders. It also provides automatic updates and status sync across systems, custom field routing, and a streamlined user workflow.

Maximo Integration Update

Implemented support for recent versions of Maximo Manage.

Quality of Life Improvements

Archived Service Requests:  Archived Service Requests no longer display on the  Multi-edit page, the KBA, or the reports page.

Bug Fixes

Notices:

• Fixed an issue where the add icon on the notices drawer sometimes did not appear.

Sign-In Page :

• Removed extra text on the Sign-in page.
