The upcoming major update to version 11.10 is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2025, with a planned outage between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM EST. This release includes quality of life improvements for the Call Center and Service Request modules, as well as integration updates for ESRI, Nexgen, Clariti, and Catalis Tax.
General Product Enhancements
- Unit Number Field for Locations – Added a dedicated unit number field, making it easier to capture complete and precise location details.
- District Information in Service Requests – District details are now included again in service request locations to improve reporting and tracking.

Nexgen Integration Enhancements
- Automatic Linking of Requests and Work Orders – Service requests and related work orders are now automatically connected, saving time and improving record accuracy.
ESRI Integration Enhancements
- Use Esri Data in Custom Fields – Admins can now populate custom fields with data directly from Esri, enhancing data accuracy and integration.
Catalis Tax Integration Enhancements
- Simplified Tax Submissions in Call Center – Call center users can now complete tax submissions directly within their workflow, reducing steps.
Bug Fixes
- Address Updates When Moving Pins – Fixed an issue where the previous address was retained after moving a map pin to a location without an address.
- Route Editing – Resolved a problem that prevented routes from being edited when certain integrations were enabled.
- Unsaved Changes – Corrected a problem where unsaved changes were not handled properly, preventing accidental data loss.
- Saving Service Request Types – Fixed an issue that prevented saving service request types from the settings screen.
- Time Zone Detection for SSO Users – Resolved an issue where time zones were not being correctly applied for users logging in through single sign-on.
- Attachment Transfers with Nexgen – Fixed an issue where attachments were not transferring when creating service requests through Nexgen.
- Reopening an SR in Nexgen: Fixed an issue were reopening an SR in Nexgen did not reopen the SR in RME
- Custom Field Privacy – Corrected a problem where certain public mapping fields were visible to the public when they should not have been.
