Overview
The Catalis Website Management System is introducing a new Content Suggestion feature that allows visitors to submit calendar events and news notices for review. Site administrators can approve or reject submissions, receive optional notifications for new requests, and contributors are notified of the final decision.
Highlights
New Content Suggestion Setting Under Calendar and Notice Pages.
Site administrators can now enable Content Suggestions from the Page Settings tab on Calendar and Notice pages. When enabled, administrators can customize a request button and submission form that allows visitors to suggest new calendar events or notices for inclusion on the page.

Content Suggestion Forms
Visitors exploring a calendar or notice page will now be able to click a button to submit a suggestion when the feature is enabled by site admins.

Content Suggestion Information
When submitting a calendar suggestion, users can provide important event details, including start and end times and location information, giving site administrators the context needed to evaluate the request.

For notice suggestions, users include a publish date and time, giving site administrators the context required to review and schedule content effectively.

Attach Documents
Content suggestions support image and document attachments, enabling visitors to provide supporting materials that help site administrators make informed approval decisions.

Review Suggestions and Make Informed Decisions
Site administrators can track all content suggestions submitted by visitors and review the information provided to decide whether or not to accept the new requests.

Decision Notifications
Citizens receive updates on the outcome of their submissions through email notifications, keeping them informed of decisions made by site administrators on suggested calendar events and notices.
