- Independently scroll through a submissions steps, set submission expirations, create inspections and link them to permit submissions.

- See all submission documents in one place.
- Edit/delete comments.
New Features
Submission Summary
Completed submissions get a new look. You can see a summary of location and contact info, a table of all documents associated with the submission, and a table of all linked submissions with a convenient way to link new submissions like inspections.
Linking Submissions Allows for Complex Inspections
You can link submissions to each other. This will allow complex inspections that need their own workflow to be linked to other submissions. For instance, in cases when a sanitation permit need to be inspected every three years, call those items can be linked together for easy review.
Bulk Actions Allow for Bulk Mailings
Easily send out a variety of letters to a specific list of permit- or land- owners. You can send out reminders for inspections or permit renewals with Bulk Actions.
Companies and Workers
You can manage companies and their workers who handle submissions in your community.
