Enhancements  

Attendance Tracking Functionality

This release significantly enhances the Agendas feature, allowing users to track attendance more efficiently.

Previously, users working on agendas had to manually enter attendance and headnote information into the headnotes text box

However, based on client feedback, we’ve now integrated attendance tracking with the voting rights and user lists.

New Attendance Section for Agendas

  • The new attendance section is located under head notes. 

Record Attendance for Voters

  • Record attendance of voters in the ‘Voter Attendees” tab.
  • The voter list will populate based on the voting rights permission for the agenda. 

Record Attendance for Non-Voters

  • Record attendance of non-voters in the ‘Non-Voter Attendees” tab.
  • The voter list will populate based on system user accounts. 

Record Attendance Notes

  • Record attendance notes in the  ‘Attendance Notes” tab.

Website and Template Updates

  • A new attendance section will appear on the minute templates and website links.

      Attendance Report

      • Municipalities can now run attendance reports; how often are members attending meetings?

      Third Meeting Minutes Template Added (Print to Microsoft Word Option Only)

      • A new meeting minute template has been added. 
      • With the new template, page numbering has been moved to the bottom of the page, and a header appears on each page instead of only the first page, like in the other templates.
