Public Portal Improvements

In-app release notes are now available for public users, helping pumpers and others stay informed without needing internal access.
Public users will now see a release notes bell within the application.

Admin users can configure labels and button text within the linked submission step to align terminology with terms like “Inspection.”
Auto-complete setting enhanced with redirect to next steps.

CSV export failures caused by mixed field data types in the same column are now prevented.
CSV export failures due dates migrated in the following format (yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.FFFFFFFZ) are now prevented.
Bulk action CSV export improvements now include formatted columns.

Warning messages now appear before removing submission documents, workflow documents, workflow fields, or workflow steps.
Confirmation prompts now appear when adding new workflow fields and workflow steps.
Workflow field type changes now display an inline warning.
Workflow save prompt updated.

Submission Table: Changing field types in workflows no longer breaks the submission table.
Submission Table Searching: Fixed an issue where searches would fail if you were on later pages of the submission table. For example, if a permit appeared on page 2 and you started a new search while still on that page, it would return no results. Searches will now automatically redirect to page 1 so the correct results always appear.
Assignee Filtering: Fixed the issue where occasional assignee filtering was not working as expected.
GIS Webmap Integration: Fixed the issue where permits were displaying on the wrong parcels.
