Enhancements

Linked Submission Enhancements:

Linked Submission Search: Users can now view the permit status and owner name directly in the linked submission dropdown search box. This enhancement helps distinguish between multiple permits that share the same number but have different statuses (e.g., inactive, installed, abandoned). This update will prevent third-party workers and pumpers from linking to incorrect submissions.

Required Linked Submission Step: Clients can make the linked submission step mandatory, reducing confusion for third-party workers and pumpers who might otherwise skip this step. Users will see an error message when they try to complete the link submission step or workflow within an added linked submission.

Third-party workers and pumpers can now manage multiple jurisdictions using a single email account, simplifying their workflow. This capability is also available for internal users.

Submission Table Improvements: Users can now open submissions in a new tab and see custom statuses beyond “pending” in the “My Submissions” view.

General Table Improvements: “Or” logic has been added to table filters, allowing users to combine conditions effectively.

Bylaw Improvements: Users can now switch between different bylaws in the land-use step.

Bulk Action Improvements:
- Additional columns can now be added in the bulk actions preview.
- Error messages in the bulk actions workflow have been improved.
- New filtering options are available for form fields.
Payment Improvements:
- Updated Payment Dialog Box: The Catalis Payment Dialog Box now displays as “Catalis Payments.”
- Resolved Payment Method: Introduces a new status to address outstanding payments where payment information wasn’t tracked in legacy systems.
- Convenience Fee Display: The payment step now includes the convenience fee and the total amount paid.

Custom Report Improvements:
- Table Filtering: Table filtering is now available in the detailed report view.
