Simple Third Party Accounts

Municipalities can now create third party accounts called Worker accounts.

Link submissions to other submissions

3rd party workers can link an inspection to a permit by looking up the permit number. This can all be done without any help from the municipality.

Access submissions that regular applicants can’t

Workflows can be configured to be hidden from regular applicants but available to third party worker accounts. This allows municipalities to create inspections that only 3rd party workers can initiate.

Creating a 3rd Party Worker account

To make a third party account you need to create a worker and make sure you enter their email. The system will either create this user if no user with that email exists or link that worker to a user if the email does exist.
