Improvements
Document Template Version Detection & Selection
When generating a document for an existing submission, the system now detects whether a newer template version is available and allows users to choose between the original template or the latest version.
Missing Document Template Error Handling
If a required document template has been removed from a workflow, the system now displays a clear error message guiding users to restore the template. Using retroactive document generation, users can then return to the submission and generate the document successfully.
Conditions Import — Optional Zone and Land Use Fields
The conditions import process now supports leaving the Zone and Land Use columns empty in the CSV file, which is the most common use case for condition imports.
Land Use Import — Multiple Zones per Status
The land use import now supports setting multiple zones per status, making it far more practical for the way data typically needs to be structured.
Setbacks Import Improvements
- Users can now include multiple zones and/or land uses in a single row, streamlining CSV setup for cases where the same setback rules apply across several zones or land uses.
- Fixed an issue where importing multiple setbacks with the same zone and land use combination would fail.
External API Enhancements
- Property Owner Name, Applicant Name, and Address are now included in the base API response.
- Custom columns can now be selected and included via an API parameter.
Updated Property Connector Search
The property connector search now references an optimized data source for improved accuracy and performance.
Audit Log Improvements
The audit log now includes a Site ID column and supports filtering by Site ID for easier troubleshooting and support.
Bug Fixes
- Conditions Import — Fixed an issue where the import would fail if the zone code or land use being imported already existed in another bylaw on the site.
- Inspection Error — Fixed an issue where clicking “Add Inspection” threw an error.
- Bulk Action Date Filtering — Corrected an issue where bulk action filters on custom date fields (e.g., linked submission dates) returned inaccurate results.
